Testing: Metallurgical analysis; Tensile, Toughness, Charpy and Fatigue Testing; interpret Radiographic, Fluorescent Penetrant, Visual, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle Inspections; all forms of NDT.
Documentation: Customized weld schedules, shop procedures, step-by-step instructions for optimized weld quality, minimize distortion, root cause analysis, recommendations, reports.
